Meet our Quince girl Taylor, this week’s featured post.  She is not only a beauty, but according to her mom Cyndie, Taylor is an excellent student with all A’s. Many photographers shun night time photography because often their subject in the pictures looks like a raccoon caught with a headlight straight on, which is rather unflattering.  However, with the proper lighting technique and the knowledge of how mixed lighting environment works (flash, ambient and artificial lights), it is possible to produce natural and pleasant looking portrait in the night time.  The images in this post illustrate how night time photography can be done in such a way that is both flattering and natural looking.

Please meet Ruby and Jose, who had gotten engaged recently. I had the pleasure to do their engagement portrait about two weeks ago in the downtown area.  Jose and Ruby come across as quiet and reserved. But after you’ve gotten  to know them a little, you’ll find them very warm and down to earth people. Congratulations to the couple and I am looking forward to photographing their wedding next year.

For those who are anxious to see Jattan and Robert’s wedding day pictures, wait no longer! Here are some highlight to the beautiful wedding at the Safari Texas Ranch in October.  I really enjoyed it and felt honored to partake in Jattan and Robert’s wedding celebration.  It was sweet and refreshing to see two people in love come together and make their public vows in the present of all those who love them.  Everytime I go through a wedding it reminds and strengthens my own commitment  to my wife and family whom I love dearly.   That’s one of the reasons I keep going back to do weddings.
